What is Mennonite furniture?

For us here at Randall’s it is furniture that is hand made by Mennonites from southwestern Ontario. Hand crafted by Canadian craftsmen one piece at a time for a lifetime of enjoyment .

Is the furniture really solid wood?

Yes all pieces are made of solid wood. NO partical board - NO Veneer.

Do I have choices of woods and style?

Yes, choose from pine,worm maple, white maple, oak, cherry and 1 /4 cut oak. Styles vary from country, mission, shaker, contemporary and much more.

Who does your finishing?

With the Mennonites all OF the finishing is done by Randalls We offer a choice of 17 different colours in our standard finishes and 8 different colours in our premium line. As well, we offer 15 opaque or antique stains and custom match to your existing pieces.

Do you deliver?

Yes we do. All our deliveries are done by Randall’s. We do not subcontract out with anyone else to do our furniture deliver .

Why do you deal with the Mennonites?

We have have been dealing with Canadian Mennonites from southwestern Ontario for over 12 years. We have enjoyed this relationship because of choice, heirloom quality, variety and value. Where else can you go to have a table done in the wood you want, finish you want, size you want, choice of legs or pedestal you want, edging you want and match with the chairs that you want, all at a reasonable price.

How do I go about buying furniture from Randall’s?

Either buying online or by coming into our showrooms placing an order we ask for a 50 % deposit and the balance is due at the time of delivery.

What is the time frame for ordering your furniture?

For furniture from the Mennonites it is 8-10 weeks and from college woodworks it is 6-8 weeks.
