Lee, I just wanted to let you know of the great service that I have been receiving from your store. Denise has helped me choose blinds for our new house - they are the perfect look and colour, thanks to her advice. Some were installed this week with a few minor adjustments needed - Denise is readily and ably addressing those - so knowledgeable, helpful and nice to work with - I can't tell you how much I appreciate her approach. Thank you also to Paul and his assistant for the great work on the install that they did of blinds - showed up at a time of my convenience, very early in the morning and cheerfully and efficiently installed the blinds, answered all my questions. I always like visiting your shop - the staff there are friendly, helpful and really care about good customer service. What a great team! I began dealing with Randall’s several years ago, having Interior Decorator, Cindy Desjardins in to select colours for my home. Cynthia Wilson was also in, and most helpful in applying the appropriate fabrics for my window coverings on two separate occasions. I find it frustrating and counterproductive going to stores, and then back home again, only to find that things do not match. Consequently, I’m very appreciative of this “Shop At Home” service. Whether in the store, or at home, I always get the best advice and service and am happy to recommend Randall’s to my friends.

To the "Blind" team who live in the basement of Randall's orleans store On the recommendation of Carol Gilchrist, I recently used the services of JoAnn from your blind depaftment. She came to our house and offered suggestions about possible window treatments for a window that has been problematic for some years. We decided on a dark shutter for that window as well as the addition of a new dark curtain rod and rings for a large patio door in the same room. JoAnn was very helpful and knowledgeable as well as being very pleasant.

When the shutter and rod arrived I was contacted by Bob (Coates?) and we set a mutually agreeable date for the installation. Bob arrived on time with all the "kit" needed and he worked industriously until everything was set up. The shutter, in padicular, required numerous adjustments and by the time he was finished it looked greatl The curtain rod was installed and the curtains were re-hung with a great deal of care. I was very impressed with the quality of his work! When he left, there was not a trace of him having been there... ... .except for the new shutter and curtain rod. It was a pleasure to have worked with two members of your team.

When we downsi zed and moved into our condominium it wasn’t easy, especially with my hobby of genealogy and family history. Why? Because I have a lot of books, research documents and electronic equipment. I started looking for new office furniture and was never satisfied, until I turned to Randall’s Furniture. I wanted my office furniture to be practical, functional and classical. And the furniture had to fit into a small room with unusual layout restrictions. Let me tell you about my experience.

Right away, I knew that I had come to the right place: the staff was friendly, experienced and very helpful. I was amazed at the range of quality, solid-wood, hand-crafted Mennonite office furniture. And all available in different woods and finishes. I quickly found what I was looking for. But I needed to customize the furniture to fit my room and to conceal my electronic equipment. The staff was very accommodating and had great suggestions at every turn. So now I have a clutter-free roomful of top- notch furniture that meets my needs perfectly and looks great!
